Cons: It could use more eroticism (but then I like them more kinky than romantic)

 
This is your basic historical romance (vampire ) novel with added action and a more original look at your basic vampire hunter. Although this concept has been done and done and done again, this series held my attention. I loved the characters and the action although I prefer a more erotic storyline, for those of you who like more romantic books you will like this one. I have also read a few of the books in the series after this one and they continue with the same characters in new, fresh stories. So many books like these fall flat after the first one. This series isn’t like that they continue to get better and better. My only complaint is that it was a little hard to believe that women could be so proactive (the female characters are more like today’s women) in Victorian society. If you can buy that, then the storyline will carry you. Basically (same as the other books I love) the men are hot and the women are butt kicking…
