All Together Dead
by Charlaine Harris
Pros: Sookie Stackhouse is just a great character. There are no other words for it.
Cons: You should start with the first book and work up to this one.
This is the seventh Sookie Stackhouse book, and I loved it from cover to cover. After the sixth book ‘Definitely Dead’ I was a little disappointed and worried that the series was going to start to slow down so to speak (like some other authors-whose names I wont mention). However, Harris has really picked the story back up and kept me interested. This series is turning out to be one of the best vampire sagas out there. It adds comedy and romance where Anne Rice’s books did not, yet still manages to keep that somewhat ‘dark’ feel. I hope she continues the series!!!
