I was fortunate enough to receive an advanced review copy of Kiss of the Rose by Kate Pearce. This is a new author for me, so I had no idea what to expect.
Although Kiss of the Rose is a paranormal romance involving vampires, druids and humans with special senses, it focuses much more on the interpersonal relationships than it does on the supernatural...

As someone who is familiar with Arthur’s ‘Riley Jenson Guardian‘ novels, I was a little hesitant to even read this new series. Don’t get me wrong, in the beginning I loved the Riley Jenson series, it just seemed to get really, really predictable and lost my interest after ‘Dangerous Games‘.
